RAPEs in UP and Mulayam Singh's butterfly effect

On Tuesday 27th May 2014, two sisters, 11 and 14 year old, were gang raped and hung from tree in Badayun, Uttar Pradesh. Allegedly, a constable too was involved in this gruesome crime. The Police apathy adds salt to the wounds! Is this really Uttar Pradesh's Law and order situation? 

How every word uttered can have far reaching effects can be seen from this example. Pre Lok Sabha elections Mulayam Singh Yadav was reported saying "Boys make mistakes." and today News Channels are flashing this gruesome News ! It takes no special logic to come to conclusion that such audacity in perpetrators draws its strength from Mulayam Singh's words and such people who defend the criminals. 

Would you now again repeat your moronic words, Mr Mulayam Singh Yadav? I DARE YOU.
